Riesling Brut Nature, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, somewhat yeasty and clearly planty to herbaceous citrus nose with a hint of smoke, hard peach and mineral nuances. Tart, finely juicy, cool, slender fruit, clearly planty to herbaceous flavours, some yeast and light grip, medium-fine, somewhat superficial perlage, finely tart spiciness, delicately creamy on the palate, mineral and smoky hints, very good finish with a hint of dark berries.
