Cool, still youthful, somewhat herbal to herbal and quite black berry nose with a hint of pome and stone fruit. Clear, not quite dry fruit with a hint of cassis and mint, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty and chalky tones, mushrooms, floral notes in the background, good finish with some bite.
