Youthful, delicately nutty, yeasty and floral pomaceous fruit nose with fine vegetal, mineral and hints of tobacco notes. Clear, tart, cool fruit, nutty and smoky tones, dried-vegetable to herbaceous flavours, very fine acidity and some grip, moderate barrel tones in the background, a hint of coffee grounds, quite clear minerality, hints of dark, slightly peppery spice, very good, tart finish with grip, tension and minerality again.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
