Clear, polished and at the same time quite deep, fine-vegetable pome fruit nose with delicate nutty barrel tones, herbal nuances, hints of smoke and minerality. Finely juicy, quite dense, tightly knit fruit, very fine, relatively lively acidity, nutty and vegetal flavours, persistent on the palate, grippy, good depth, clear minerality, light zest tones, smoky traces, moderate barrel notes, very good, firm, juicy, finely spicy and clearly mineral finish with fine vegetal flavours.
