Cool, bright, finely vegetal and somewhat yeasty nose with pome fruit and citrus notes and a little peach. Restrained, quite dry fruit, again very bright, yeasty and hints of floral nuances, fine acidity, delicate grip, nutty tones, hints of mushroom on the decent to good finish.
