2021 Escherndorf Fürstenberg Silvaner VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, tart, distinctly herbal nose with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, nutty traces and light earthy-mineral hints. Taut, quite juicy fruit with nutty and vegetal flavours, a trace of yeast and again light minerality, lots of salt, quite lively acidity, some grip of crumbly-sandy tannin, mushroom tones, persistent, moderately melting, very good, light-juicy finish with acid bite and grip.
