Firm, tart, somewhat dried-vegetable and reminiscent of meadow herbs with cool yellow-fruity notes, a hint of wax, hints of bacon, tobacco and floral nuances. Bright fruit with yellow-spicy, smoky and nutty tones, relatively lively acidity and some grip, good persistence, sauteed mushrooms in the background, salt, some chalk and red berry traces, also herbs, very good, firm finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
