2020 Spätburgunder-Schwarzriesling VDP.Gutswein trocken "es-binoh" Rosé, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Somewhat nutty, vegetal to dried herbal and very slightly bacony scent of yellow fruits with delicate floral hints and a touch of fennel. Clear, tangy fruit with a little spicy and red berry nuances, lively, yet very fine acidity, delicate tannin, good persistence, hints of marzipan and light tobacco, delicate melting, salty and bacony tones in the good to very good finish.
