Firm, slightly nutty, herbal and yeasty scent with rather bright yellow-fruity aromas, mineral nuances and hints of yellow spice. Ripe, melting, quite juicy, somewhat warm fruit, not completely dry, nutty and a little yellow-spicy aromas, a hint of butter, fine acidity and grip of ripe tannin, light minerality, persistent, has power, some depth, peppery and very slightly bacony nuances, very good, firm finish with spice, sweet melting, ripe, mellow fruit, smoky wood notes and minerality.
