Brut Nature Pint Rosé (Deg.: 2024), Franconia/Franken, Germany

Herb, somewhat smoky, nutty and tobacco-like scent with some undergrowth, dried mushrooms and a little tree bark, as well as restrained core fruit notes and red berry hints. Bitter fruit with nutty, smoky and tobacco-like aromas, some yeast and nut butter, relatively moderate, rather fine perlage, certain sustainability, a hint of caramel, delicate grip, a trace of forest mushrooms, good to very good finish.
