Silvaner Brut Nature, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly developed, dried vegetal, nutty and yeasty pomaceous fruit nose with delicate smoky and dried floral aromas. Quite dry, nutty and apple fruit with clearly yeasty and very slightly bready flavours, lively, quite fine, almost creamy mousseux, good persistence, a little salty-chalky in the background, crumbly fruit on a good to very good finish.
