A hint of bacony and delicately mushroomy scent with restrained red berry tones, fine vegetal nuances and hints of pepper. Tart fruit with planty aromas, slightly reminiscent of capers and again also a little smoky-peppery, on the palate quite clearly pepper, behind it chalky and salty hints, some grip, fine acidity, still young, good to very good finish.
