Quite firm, nutty aroma with pome fruit notes, still a hint of yeast as well as fine vegetal and floral nuances. Clear, juicy, ripe fruit with nutty and slightly yeasty flavours, very fine acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, very slightly smoky and tobacco in the background, light mineral notes, persistent, some depth, still young, very good, fine-juicy, nutty, floral and mineral finish.
