2020 Escherndorf Bacchus VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool, firm and quite fine, somewhat herbal, nutty and delicately floral aroma of bright yellow fruits with a hint of black berries and nuances reminiscent of fennel. Still youthful, slender, sweetish fruit with delicate melting, lively acidity, light tannic grip and good persistence, juniper and some white pepper in the background, salty and chalky notes in the very good finish.
