2019 Escherndorf Am Lumpen 1655 Silvaner VDP.Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Warm, distinctly fine-vegetable nose, reminiscent of savoy cabbage and celery, somewhat nutty with restrained, light yellow-fruity aromas and floral traces. Clear, finely juicy, again bright fruit, vegetal and restrained mushroomy tones, some chalk, very fine acidity and light phenolic grip, persistent on the palate, certain warmth, hints of sweetish melting, but also bite, some depth, salty tones, also a hint of pepper, juicy and finely vegetal on a slightly smoky and again mineral finish.
