Translate to English Pflanzlicher, etwas erdiger und leicht käsiger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Noten sowie gemüsigen und pfeffrigen Anklängen. Schlanke, ganz trockene Frucht, deutlich pflanzlich, etwas hefig und wieder noch eine Spur käsig, präsente Säure, grüne Noten, ein wenig Salz im Hintergrund, merklicher Gerbstoff, ordentlicher Abgang.
