Tart nose, light vegetal and floral notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas, nutty traces, earthy and mineral traces. Bone-dry, tranquil, restrained fruit on the palate, nutty and light dried vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, prominent earthy and mineral notes, salty notes, elegant, fairly lively acidity, still slightly muted by tannins, fairly persistent, slightly creamy, prominent mineral notes, still slightlyaustere at this stage, but gernerally very good, noticeably tart finish.
