Translate to English Ganz leicht rauchiger, auch noch eine Spur hefiger, kräuteriger und vegetabiler Kernobstduft mit Zitrusnuancen sowie einem Hauch Unterholz und Tabak. Herb-vegetabil im Mund, zurückhaltende Frucht mit recht lebendiger Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ganz leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, salzige und erdige Noten, zart süßlicher Schmelz, aber auch Biss, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ganz leicht rustikale Art, guter bis sehr guter, etwas rauchiger und deutlich salzig-mineralischer Abgang.
