Translate to English Deutlich vegetabiler und auch kräuteriger Duft nach teils eingemachten gelben Früchten mit floralen Nuancen, einem Hauch Tabak und erdiger Mineralik. Reife, eingemacht wirkende, süßlich-saftige Frucht mit vegetabilen Aromen und viel erdiger Mineralik, ganz leicht speckig, lebendige, feine Säure, etwas Griff, gute Substanz, Salbei und kandierte Zitrusfrüchte am Gaumen, relativ viel Salz, süßlich und herb zugleich im sehr guten, etwas nussigen bis holzigen sowie floralen Abgang.
