Translate to English Ziemlich gemüsig und kräuterig in der Nase, mit herb-mineralischer Würze im Hintergrund. Im Mund viel Schmelz und gewisse Restsüße, leicht wachsige Noten, verhaltene Säure, etwas sandiger Gerbstoff, auch mineralische Ansätze, guter Stoff, keinerlei Alterszeichen, leicht spürbarer Alkohol, schmelziger Abgang.
