Somewhat smoky and nutty aroma of pomaceous fruit and a little citrus fruit with a hint of rosemary and tobacco. Clear, polished, cool and tart fruit, nutty, somewhat planty to resinous-herbal and hints of tobacco flavours, some grip, quite lively acidity, lemon tones on the palate, good persistence, a little chalk and salt, has tension, very good, cool finish.
