Light nutty oak on the nose, hint of tobacco, dried vegetal notes, yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes, hint of bacon and some mustard seed. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, smoky oak, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, some bacon, earthy and salty mineral notes, fairly persistent, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, slightly astringent tannins, slightly sweetish on a very good finish.
