Yeasty nose, still slightly reductive, vegetal and herbaceous notes, sweetish yellow fruit, some sugar candy, hint of white pepper. Partly preserved and candied sweetish fruit on the palate, yeasty, herbaceous and floral notes, lively, elegant acidity, delicate hint of carbon dioxide, light tannic grip, fairly persistent, floral traces, hint of yellow spice, more sweetish candied notes on a good, juicy finish.
