Vegetal and herbaceous as well as delicate floral notes on the nose, candied yellow fruit, earthy traces. Fairly juicy sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal and floral aromas, lively acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, light tannic touch, very slightly astringent and muted, fairly persistent, some sugar candy in the background, earthy and mineral notes, fairly firm structure, some bite on a very good juicy finish. Currently not quite as good as the first sample tasted a year ago.
