Im Mund etwas zerfahrene, sehr süße Frucht, die an kandierte Zitrusfrüchte und Johannisbeergelee erinnert, Honigtöne, dazu säuerlich-herbe Noten und pflanzliche Aromen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas trocknender Gerbstoff, guter Abgang mit leicht vegetabilen Anklängen.
