Somewhat developed, a hint of smoky citrus flavour with peach notes, herbaceous-vegetable hints and a certain minerality. Tart, somewhat muted, bright fruit, present acidity, slightly sandy tannin, light mineral tones, slightly bitter, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Clear, polished citrus-peach scent with a little bit unripe apple, fine herbaceous-vegetable notes, some yeast and cool minerality in the background. Compact and tart in the mouth, restrained fruit, dried vegetable to herbal nuances and certain minerality, fine, present acidity, lasting, has grip, a touch of root vegetables, not forever deep, good to very good, tart finish.
