Vegetable, green-nutty and dried vegetable scent of candied, partly dried yellow fruits with floral and earthy notes. Very sweet fruit in the mouth, candied violets, wax and caramel, partly dried lemon balm, some cassis jelly and candied nuts, nutmeg and cool-mineral tones, fine, lively acidity, quite persistent on the palate, has some touches, earthy to mineral in the background, not too deep, good to very good finish
