Somewhat smoky and a hint of tobacco aroma of more black than red berries with yeasty, nutty and very slightly sooty aromas. Quite juicy, sweetish, tart fruit with toasty, smoky and hints of sooty wood notes, medium-fine perlage, grip of fine tannin, good persistence, certain power, peppery nuances, good to very good finish. Successful red sparkling wine.
