Concentrated, rather juicy, very sweet fruit, candy notes, some herbs, vegetal hints and yellow spice on the palate, a little wasabi, very fine acidity, delicate grip, excellent substance and good depth, creamy texture, minerality in the background, multilayered, still young, long, firm, concentrated and spicy finish with grip
