Very slightly vegetal scent of candied yellow fruits with herbal and floral traces. Ripe, juicy, sweet fruit, very fine acidity, some yellow spice in the background, candy notes, fine creamy texture, lasting, delicate vanilla traces, some minerality in the background, firm structure, very good, juicy and spicy, sweet finish with smoky and ethereal nuances. Once again clearly stronger than the first sample 3 years ago

Editor note: Light herbaceous notes and floral traces on the nose, partly candied citrus and stone fruit, mineral traces. Very sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and light earthy notes, elegant acidity, some grip, nutty aromas in the background, good substance and persistence, fairly full-bodied, hint of smoked bacon, mineral notes on a very good and fairly firm sweet finish.
