Translate to English Zwiebelschalenfarben. Relativ fester, noch leicht verschlossener, nussiger Duft nach gelbem Kernobst, Orangenblüten und Zitronen mit tabakigen, erdigen und kühlen kräuterigen Noten. Saftig, recht kühl und nicht ganz trocken im Mund, eher weiche, mürbe Kernobstfrucht, Kümmel, etwas Majoran und Meersalz, weiß-erdige Elemente, feiner Gerbstoff-Griff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit süßlichem Schmelz.
