2015 trocken "Jodokus" HADES, Württemberg, Germany

Firm, somewhat wood-spicy and dried-vegetable aroma of predominantly black berries with a hint of plums and tobacco nuances. Firmly woven, tangy dark fruit, somewhat toasty and smoky wood aromas, quite taut, fine sandy tannins and a certain acidity, dense and persistent on the palate, a hint of herbs, salty minerality in the background, good depth, very good, firm and almost cool-looking, tangy-juicy finish with grip and spice
