Somewhat developed, warm nose, ripe, partly preserved red and black berries, hint of leather and tobacco, vegetal nuances, hint of smoke, roasted and floral notes. Slightly ripe, tart fruit with dried-vegetable to herbaceous and tobacco flavours, smoky wood, a little leather and ash, a certain acid bite, present, ripe, very slightly drying tannins, good persistence, noticeable alcohol, some salt in the background, good to very good, albeit somewhat drying and bitter-woody finish. Seems to develop relatively quickly and evidently sheds its juiciness earlier than the woody bitterness.
