Cloudy amber- Firm, quite deep, somewhat dried-vegetable and -floral aroma of partly candied yellow fruits with nutty and very slightly iodine-like aromas. Tight, tangy fruit with yellow spice, nutty aromas and a lot of grip, yeasty on the palate, somewhat dried-vegetable and floral, chalky-salty minerality, lasting, has a certain depth, again somewhat iodine tones, quite complex, very fine acidity that really marbles the wine, very good, firm, tangy and finely spicy finish with ethereal, almost a little resinous tones, but also a certain freshness. Has a timeless effect
