Translate to English Kühler, grasig-kräuteriger Duft mit Noten von Paprika und ein wenig grünem Spargel sowie Zitrus- und Kernobstaromen und angedeutet Holunder. Klare, geradlinige, feinsaftige Frucht mit deutlich pflanzlicher Würze, lebendige Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, mineralische Töne, etwas Paprika und deutlich Kräuter, im Hintergrund auch wieder Holunder, animierend, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit Biss, Saft und Zug.
