Quite firm, deep and multi-layered, very slightly ethereal aroma of black and a little red berries with subtle smoky notes, restrained wood, some nuts and tobacco. Quite well woven, clear, ripe, juicy and polished fruit, moderate, very slightly cedary and again also nutty wood spice, ripe, friable, yet relatively present tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, good depth, salty mineral tones in the background, some smoke, fleshy traces, cooling elements, has a certain elegance and freshness, very good, firm, juicy and finely spicy, again slightly bacony finish with peppery notes and minerality.
