Ripe, partly candied citrus fruit and stone fruit on the nose, herbal-vegetable and delicate smoky notes, hint of zest. Very sweet, somewhat creamy fruit, herbal-vegetable flavours, good persistence, a hint of yellow spice in the background, some preserved apricot, hint of salt, very good, emphatically sweet finish.
