Rather tart, vegetal to slightly herbal nose with relatively restrained yellow fruity aromas and some celery. Very sweet fruit, again vegetal and slightly reminiscent of celery, suitable acidity, some sandy tannin, a little candy in the background, good finish with a hint of bamboo shoots.
