A somewhat herbal to ethereal-herbaceous, nutty, smoky, and slightly bacon-like scent of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of red berries and meadow flowers. Straightforward, slightly sweet fruit with some nutty, smoky, and spicy wood aromas, a hint of butter and medicinal herbs, lively acidity, slightly fine sandy tannins, certain sustainability, salty and chalky tones, good to very good, slightly smoky finish.
