Translate to English Kühle und zurückhaltende, leicht erdige und vegetabile Kernobstnase mit Tönen von Altholz und Nuss. Merkliches Altholz im Mund, recht kompakte, eingemachte Apfelfrucht mit Nussnoten und Kräutern, Anklänge an Zitruszesten, ein klein wenig rau und phenolisch, passende Säure, hat gewisse Kraft und zeigt auch Herkunft, zart bitterlich im guten Abgang.
