Translate to English Grasig-pflanzliche und leicht an Parmesan erinnernde Nase mit Aromen getrockneter Äpfeln, Pfirsiche und Zitrusfrüchte sowie recht deutlichen Frostnoten. Süße und würzige Frucht im Mund, aber auch enorme Säure, bitterliche Kräuter und wieder etwas Parmesan, präsente Säure, Frostnoten am Gaumen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, leichter Gerbstoff, altholzig und erdig wirkende Töne, recht fester Bau, sehr guter, wieder gleichzeitig süßer und bitterlich-würziger Abgang.
