Fairly open, apple and plum berry nose with herbaceous, undergrowth, cedar and candied notes. Sweet, delicate tart and slightly bitter notes, fruit based on sour cherry syrup, candied redcurrants, preserved plums and brown apple, moderate, integrated tannins, idiosyncratic style, well integrated alcohol, good to very good, slightly warm finish. Uncertain prognosis because of the noticeable oxidation, but the wine is undoubtedly interesting and independent.
