Slightly nutty, yeasty and dried floral scent with notes of crumbly pome fruit, some light tobacco and traces of red berries. Very dry fruit with nutty to woody, tobacco, smoky and dried plant notes, lively acidity, some touch of ripe tannin, clear, salty and a little chalky minerality, hinted at white pepper, persistent, some depth, very good, quite firm finish
