Cool, polished, delicately floral and herbal nose with fine stone and pome fruit aromas, citrus notes, a touch of yeast and a hint of barrel tones. Clear, bright, quite juicy fruit, moderate sweetness and fine, lively acidity, some grip, some persistence, apple and red to black berry notes in the background, a hint of smoke, almondy hints, a hint of vanilla and pepper, salty and slightly chalky mineral tones, very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
