Clear, youthful, somewhat herbal-plant-like and floral citrus nose with a hint of peach and green apple, as well as very fresh root vegetables. Slim, straightforward, cool, predominantly very bright fruit, slightly nutty to yeasty nuances, somewhat herbal on the palate, certain sustainability, fine acidity and very delicate sweetness, certain minerality in the background, very good, cool finish.
