Cool, rather tart, bright, slightly vegetal, finely herbal and yeasty nose with quite fine yellow fruity, floral and almondy notes. Bright, firm, juicy fruit, very fine, lively acidity and some sweetness, some grip, yeasty notes, delicately smoky hints, persistent, distinctly mineral, floral and red berry notes, slight spiciness, quite firm core, very good, firm, juicy, grippy, finely spicy finish that could be a touch drier.
