Cool nose, light yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, restrained citrus and peach aromas, mineral notes. Restrained fruit again on the palate, delicate yeasty and fresh vegetal notes, lively, very elegant acidity, touch of white pepper and some salty traces, very delicately sweet, good to very good, fairly firm, elegant, juicy finish.
