Cooler and feisty, finely herbal scent with bright citrus-dominated yellow fruit aromas, hinted capers as well as floral and nutty undertones. Fine juicy, polished, quite dense fruit, very fine, relatively lively acidity and delicate grip, nutty tones, subtly floral and vegetal in the background, a hint of butter, smoky traces, in the background minerality, some fennel notes, good sustainability, very good finish.
