Aroma of ripe black and red berries with cherry notes, a hint of kimchi, herbs, suggested bacon, floral nuances, and forest mushrooms. Ripe, juicy, quite fresh fruit with smoky and moderately coffee-roasted wood aromas, a bit of herbs and dark ethereal spice on the palate, a certain acidity bite and a touch of carbonation, restrained bitter chocolate undertones, a bit of salt, very good, juicy, and spicy finish with peppery-juniper and eucalyptus reminiscent ethereal notes.
