Relatively cool, firm, still a bit smoky-reductive, somewhat herbal to herbal and delicately floral citrus and stone fruit aroma with fine vegetal notes and a hint of dark berries. Polished, juicy, firm, not completely dry fruit with delicate melt, a touch of herbal spice and nuances reminiscent of crab meat, vibrant acidity, has grip from ripe tannin, good substance and sustainability, salty and chalky minerality, some depth, a trace of aromatic smoke in the very good finish.
